You deserve rest - especially on darker days. Join me on the shortest day of the year for 60 minutes of gentle yoga combined with longer held restorative postures. This practice is designed to unwind the body and relax the mind.
All proceeds from class will be donated to UNICEF. They provide humanitarian and developmental aid to children worldwide.
